Senior ServiceNow Developer

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and managing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your role involves administration, application/module development, and technical support, employing best practice techniques to configure and enhance the platform. You will work closely with a service team to ensure seamless integration and improvement of business processes.

What you'll do:

• Develop and manage application code, user interfaces, and third-party integration components.
• Produce comprehensive documentation including project plans, technical designs, and user manuals.
• Execute core configuration tasks such as system policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform.
• Use update sets to transfer customizations across ServiceNow instances.
• Analyse and review requirements for accurate project estimation.
• Collaborate with process managers to understand business needs and identify areas for improvement.

What you bring:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow, including third-party integrations, and certification as an Implementation Specialist or Application Developer.
• Proven experience working as a team member to implement change and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in web technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, Restful API, PowerShell) and JavaScript development on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with code migrations between instances and providing remediation feedback on defects.
• Knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis, design, and programming techniques.
