• Support the design and implementation of cloud data centre infrastructure solutions in line with established quality standards, best practices, and methodologies.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate infrastructure solution specialists to guarantee detailed completion of low-level designs, ensuring all technical requirements are met.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field—or equivalent work experience demonstrating deep technical understanding.

• Demonstrated ability applying technology service management principles such as agile methodologies, lean processes, or DevOps practices for effective solution delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across culturally diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cloud Solutions; experience with Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, Terraform or Biceps for automating deployments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud architecture patterns including microservices, serverless computing models, DevOps pipelines (CI/CD), etc.
• Practical expertise using cloud services frameworks like Azure Resource Manager, Azure CLI, PowerShell scripting along with containerisation tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Certification in Azure or other major cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert) is preferred; ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certification is also advantageous.
• Willingness to travel when required for project needs; fluency in business English is essential for effective stakeholder engagement.
