What you'll do:

You will build document-processing systems capable of extracting valuable information from both structured and unstructured sources. Additionally, you will create user-friendly AI assistants through Microsoft Copilot Studio while developing robust data integration components using Python, SQL and REST APIs. Your expertise with Microsoft Power Platform tools will enable you to support application development efforts across the organisation. Ensuring reliability through rigorous data validation, error handling and access controls will be central to your role. You will continuously evaluate solution performance metrics while collaborating with other technology professionals to share insights and drive innovation within the team.

• Design, develop and implement AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Azure AI technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions utilising Azure OpenAI, Azure AI services and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance business processes.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, vector search and knowledge-grounding techniques to improve information retrieval accuracy.
• Build document-processing and information-extraction solutions for structured and unstructured data, supporting enterprise needs across multiple departments.
• Create AI assistants and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and relevant frameworks to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
• Develop data preparation, transformation and integration components using Python, SQL, REST APIs and approved connectors for robust data management.
• Work with Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse to support application development and automation initiatives.
• Implement data validation, error handling, access controls and monitoring mechanisms to ensure solution reliability, security and compliance with best practices.
• Evaluate and optimise AI solution performance by assessing response accuracy, retrieval relevance, extraction quality and processing efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with regional technology teams to design, test, deploy and maintain AI applications while sharing knowledge for continuous improvement.

• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI services, Azure AI technologies, LLMs and Generative AI application development is highly valued.
• Practical experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search techniques or enterprise search solutions is important.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform tools (Power Automate/Power Apps/Dataverse) and Microsoft 365 technologies enhances your suitability.
• Proficiency in Python programming language as well as SQL database management; experience integrating APIs for data processing is expected.
