Business Analyst – IT Applications

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support IT application projects within a leading organisation. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and project stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse business needs and support the successful delivery of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and system requirements.
• Support end-to-end IT application project delivery.
• Conduct business and impact analysis for proposed system changes and enhancements.
• Prepare business requirements, functional specifications and project documentation.
• Work closely with development and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution design, testing, UAT and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure requirements are delivered within agreed timelines.
• Identify gaps, risks and dependencies and support appropriate resolutions.
• Participate in application enhancement and transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering/network consulting.
• Strong enterprise networking background.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Huawei technologies.
• Experience in SD-WAN design, migration and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN and Data Centre networking.
• Experience delivering large-scale network transformation, migration or refresh projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and solution-design capabilities.
• Good customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• CCIE, HCIE, CCNP or equivalent certifications would be advantageous.
