Power BI Developer (Pharma)

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to support data and analytics initiatives within a leading global pharmaceutical company. The role will work closely with the Customer Engagement team and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into meaningful data solutions, dashboards and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data visualisations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and the Customer Engagement team to understand requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Design and implement data models to support reporting, analytics and business decision-making.
• Analyse business requirements and recommend appropriate data and reporting solutions.
• Engage with regional stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify business needs and manage expectations.
• Ensure Power BI solutions are user-friendly, scalable and aligned with business objectives.
• Support data quality, validation and reporting accuracy.
• Work with technical and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues.
• Explore and support the use of Microsoft AI / Agentic AI capabilities within data and analytics initiatives.
• Present solutions and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Power BI, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data modelling and BI reporting concepts.
• Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and customers.
• Regional stakeholder / regional project experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to Microsoft AI / Agentic AI is highly desirable.
• Candidates with strong in-house Power BI / BI experience are welcome.
• Strong English communication skills are important.
• No specific additional language requirement.
