• Design and implement robust APIs that underpin digital transformation initiatives within the bank’s technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Build and optimise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows to automate repetitive tasks, enhance operational efficiency, and improve user experience for both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Create sophisticated orchestration layers that coordinate services, manage data flows, and harmonise automation logic across multiple platforms.
• Identify suitable pre-trained AI models for diverse use cases in consumer and SME banking, embedding these models into MVPs to accelerate prototyping and solution validation.
• Collaborate with AIML engineers to fine-tune model performance so that solutions remain relevant to evolving business requirements.
