What you'll do:

• Guide the creation and execution of a robust data analytics reporting system that delivers insights throughout the entire organisation.
• Develop advanced analytical and visualisation capabilities within the team by exploring new tools and methodologies.
• Organise and lead quality data insight projects through effective exploration management and close collaboration with stakeholders from various departments.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising analysts, engineers, scientists, and business partners.
• Steward high-quality business information management by implementing rigorous data stewardship practices throughout the company.
• Coordinate the development of data science capabilities while managing analytic initiatives that improve modelling accuracy and resolve complex business challenges.

• Demonstrated ability to implement effective data strategies that drive continuous improvement while maintaining high standards for quality assurance across all initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills enabling you to influence senior leadership as well as foster productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners alike.
• Advanced analytical thinking combined with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic mindset evidenced by experience designing roadmaps for core data assets.
• Experience overseeing application/tool development projects.
