What you'll do:

As an ETL Developer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end data integration solutions that drive business value for clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with international teams , analyse complex requirements, and design tailored ETL workflows using tools such as SSIS/SQL, Data Stage, Informatica, or similar platforms. You will be responsible for developing robust data pipelines within set deadlines while upholding rigorous quality standards through regular code reviews.

• Analyse client requirements to design effective ETL solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability throughout each phase.
• Conduct comprehensive design and code reviews to maintain best practices in coding standards and optimise performance across all deliverables.
• Support testing activities by addressing queries from clients promptly and resolving any issues identified.

What you bring:

To excel as an ETL Developer in this organisation, you should bring proven hands-on experience working with industry-standard ETL tools alongside advanced SQL programming capabilities. Your background should include designing scalable data pipelines for enterprise environments—ideally spanning several successful project implementations. Familiarity with cloud-based data integration services will allow you to adapt quickly as technology evolves.

• At least 3 years experience with ETL tools such as SSIS/SQL, Data Stage, Informatica or equivalent platforms.
• Proficiency in database management systems including MSSQL, DB2 or Oracle is required along with strong SQL programming abilities.
• Hands-on experience designing complete ETL processes from inception through deployment.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, IBM Cognos or Power BI is highly valued for supporting business intelligence initiatives.
• Exposure to cloud concepts like Azure Data Factory (ADF), Snowflake or Matillion.
