What You’ll Do

As the Head of Distribution Centre & Supply Chain, you will be at the helm of our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction while driving innovation and efficiency. Your role will encompass:

Supply Chain Leadership:

• Craft and execute strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design scalable solutions for future growth.
• Oversee inbound logistics, warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution.

Distribution Centre Operations:

• Manage multi-location Distribution Centre operations with best-in-class standards.
• Enhance inventory accuracy, stock visibility, and order fulfillment processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Transportation Management:

• Optimize transportation networks for cost efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to elevate service levels.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure consistent performance improvements.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement:

• Drive digitalization, automation, and technology adoption across operations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for an experienced leader who combines strategic vision with operational expertise to transform logistics capabilities into a competitive advantage. You should have:

Essential Experience:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• At least 12 years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain management roles.
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale distribution centre and supply chain operations.
• Expertise in inventory control, distribution networks, and third-party logistics partnerships.
• Background in healthcare distribution or industries like pharmaceuticals, medical devices, retail distribution, or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Experience leading regional operations or large-scale transformation projects is a plus!
