As Supply Planning Manager based in Selangor, you will be responsible for orchestrating the entire supply planning process from demand translation through to execution.

• Translate demand forecasts into realistic rolling supply plans covering capacity, materials, and imports to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage short- to medium-term production planning by developing daily and weekly schedules that balance demand, resources, capacity constraints, and operational requirements.
• Identify potential supply risks proactively by managing material availability, shortages, excess inventory, ageing stock, and obsolete items to maintain supply continuity.
• Optimise safety stock levels and inventory strategies to minimise waste and prevent unnecessary write-offs while ensuring uninterrupted product flow.
• Develop supply planning scenarios for the S&OP process by assessing impacts on volume, service levels, risks, costs, and capacity to inform business decisions.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives using TPM methodologies to enhance robustness, responsiveness, visibility, and overall supply chain performance.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless execution from planning through production and supply.

What you bring:

In the Supply Planning Manager role you will bring proven experience from manufacturing environments where you have managed end-to-end supply planning processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline is required for this role.
• 5 years of experience in supply planning or related roles within a manufacturing environment demonstrates your expertise.
• Comprehensive understanding of material planning principles including capacity planning, production scheduling techniques, inventory management strategies and risk mitigation approaches.
• Strong analytical skills enable you to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights that inform business decisions effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement through leveraging TPM methodologies or similar best practices enhances your suitability for this position.
