External Warehouse and Logistics Manager | 2 Year Contract

We are looking for an experienced External Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee 3PL warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics performance and compliance for our Meals & Beverage business in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of warehousing and logistics experience, with strong operational management and process improvement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee 3PL warehouses handling finished goods, raw materials, packaging, returns and export stock.
• Manage inbound, outbound, inter-site and export logistics.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock counts, transactions and reconciliations.
• Manage 3PL contracts, rates, claims, budgets and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, customs, security and business continuity requirements.
• Drive process improvements, data accuracy, reporting and system integration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in warehousing, 3PL and logistics within FMCG, food, retail or manufacturing.
• Relevant bachelor's degree or professional qualification.
• Experience in process improvement, system implementation or supply chain transformation is an advantage.
• Strong operational ownership, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
