Supply Chain Manager | 2 Year Contract

Join a global organisation as a Supply Chain Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day supply chain operations while supporting enterprise transformation. This role focuses on maintaining business continuity, service levels, and operational efficiency, allowing the existing subject matter expert to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage forecasting, replenishment, inventory health, and stock availability.
• Oversee order fulfilment and customer service continuity.
• Coordinate warehouse, transport, import, customs, and third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
• Resolve supply shortages through recovery planning and prioritisation.
• Support supply requirements for new product development (NPD) and process changes.
• Maintain operational procedures, master data, and audit-ready documentation.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics in Hong Kong.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese.
• Relevant bachelor's degree or professional qualification.
• Experience in process improvement, system implementation, or transformation projects is preferred.
• Strong operational ownership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and risk management.
