Marketing Procurement Specialist | Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Manage RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, and sourcing activities within Marketing categories
• Analyse supplier proposals and provide commercial recommendations
• Support contract negotiations, supplier onboarding, and contract lifecycle management
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver procurement solutions aligned with business needs
• Monitor supplier performance, compliance, and risk management
• Prepare spend analysis, savings tracking, and procurement performance reports

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience
• Marketing procurement experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement systems such as SAP or Ariba
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and supplier relationship skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to thrive in a multinational environment
