  • Develop and implement category strategies for indirect procurement areas such as media buying, event management, consumer insights, and promotional merchandise to maximise value for the business.
  • Lead annual spend analysis by conducting detailed cost reviews, identifying savings opportunities, and recommending process enhancements to improve overall procurement efficiency.
  • Manage the full Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) cycles from initial scoping through to supplier selection, contract negotiation, and award.
  • Oversee contract lifecycle management for high-value agreements, ensuring all contracts are negotiated effectively, monitored for compliance, and renewed or renegotiated as required.
