What you'll do:

As a Senior Contract Management Manager – Digital and Technology, you will play an instrumental role in overseeing the full spectrum of contract activities for third-party vendors supporting digital transformation initiatives.

• Lead complex contract negotiations with third-party vendors by coordinating input from cross-functional teams to ensure optimal commercial outcomes.
• Drive the implementation, renewal, and ongoing administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and policies throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Advise executive stakeholders on key contractual clauses, providing expert guidance to help achieve business objectives while managing risk.
• Mentor team members on best practices in contract management, supporting their professional growth and enhancing overall team performance.
• Evaluate vendors during bidding processes to ensure alignment with organisational goals, budget constraints, and risk parameters.
• Draft, review, and update contractual documents such as master agreements, statements of work, order forms, and NDAs using established templates or vendor documentation.

What you bring:

Your background as a Senior Contract Management Manager – Digital and Technology will include substantial hands-on experience managing high-value contracts within the IT sector.

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar field
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in reviewing and negotiating IT contracts
• Proven track record in vendor management or procurement functions ensures you can manage relationships effectively throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Experience handling IT licensing negotiations equips you to address common license issues confidently.
• Comprehensive knowledge of contracts and clauses
• Commercial acumen and excellent communication skills, with executive management as well as cross-functional teams
