What you'll do:
As a Procurement Process Expert, you will play a crucial role in supporting process workflows to improve efficiency, data transparency, and compliance. Your responsibilities include being the first point of contact for regional procurement offices worldwide, managing supplier set-up end-to-end, and driving our platform to ensure high-quality and compliant data flows.
- You will be the first point of contact for regional Procurement offices around the world for their questions and needs.
- You will take a leading role in driving our platform, ensuring high quality and compliant data flows.
- Based on your capabilities, you will drive and support projects to further improve and enhance the system landscape and process.
- You will train yourself to gain a deep understanding of our system landscape.
- You will manage supplier set-up end-to-end.
- You will support our global operational workforce with resolution findings.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Procurement Process Expert role brings a wealth of skills and qualifications.
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
- Ability for interdisciplinary teamwork and project management capabilities.
- An end-to-end perspective (from planning, implementing, maintaining to continuous improvement and documentation).
- Good analytical skills and proven affinity for IT systems; experience with ERP and Procurement systems is a plus.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English; Additional languages are a plus.
- Effective in finishing tasks end-to-end.
