A leading global retail organisation is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join their operations team in KL.

What you'll do:

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist – Global Retail based in KL, you will be at the heart of the operations team’s efforts to deliver outstanding service across multiple retail channels.

• Manage and process purchase orders and sales orders efficiently to ensure timely fulfilment aligned with replenishment needs and product introduction dates.
• Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate inbound and outbound shipment arrangements, ensuring on-time delivery across all channels.
• Oversee ecommerce orders and marketplace platforms by allocating inventory accurately to meet set KPIs for order fulfilment.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers for effective distribution to stores, accounts, and consumers while maintaining high standards of accuracy in documentation.
• Maintain updated data within internal systems by uploading information regularly and ensuring all records are accurate and current.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Sales, Warehousing, Forwarding Company, and others for smooth operational processes.
• Capture prebook orders accurately in the system and manage reporting and analysis of the order book against projected sales targets.
• Support returns management by coordinating warehouse transfers between stores, handling ecommerce returns/refunds efficiently, and ensuring reverse logistics are accurate.

• Your proven experience in order processing within a retail or ecommerce environment enables you to manage complex workflows efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• You possess strong interpersonal skills that allow you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Sales, Warehousing, Logistics Providers, Forwarding Companies and more.
• Your attention to detail ensures that all documentation is processed correctly and data is maintained accurately within internal systems.
• You demonstrate dependability by responding promptly to queries from stakeholders both internally and externally while resolving issues responsibly.
• Your ability to handle returns management—including warehouse transfers between stores/ecommerce returns/refunds/reverse logistics—ensures products remain saleable and records are updated precisely in ERP/POS systems.
