What you'll do:

As the Head of Order Management and Supply Planning, your role will be pivotal in leading teams, strategising hiring decisions, planning for training programs, and managing operational targets. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities. Your leadership skills will be crucial in reviewing the optimum operational structure of the team and managing stakeholders effectively.

• Lead the teams towards achieving operational targets
