What you'll do:

As a Regional Senior Planning Manager, you will be entrusted to oversee business continuity while driving the capabilities required to support long-term transformation.

• Lead demand planning activities across multiple markets, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive material planning by optimising raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory to minimise obsolescence and maximise efficiency.
• Oversee production planning processes to improve schedule adherence, on-time-in-full (OTIF) performance, capacity utilisation, and overall service levels.
• Strengthen integrated business planning (IBP) scenarios by facilitating cross-functional trade-off decisions that balance operational needs with strategic goals.
• Own the end-to-end planning process including master-data readiness, testing new systems or processes, and ensuring successful adoption across teams.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Regional Senior Planning Manager position brings extensive experience in integrated planning roles within the fast-moving consumer goods or food manufacturing sectors.

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar field
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in integrated planning roles within FMCG or food manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in transformation initiatives, including process standardisation, data readiness, system implementation and operating model changes within large organisations.
• Strong operational ownership with the ability to manage end-to-end planning processes while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Structured problem-solving capabilities with a methodical approach to addressing challenges and fostering a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
• Strong data discipline, with a focus on master data accuracy, reporting quality and data integrity.
