Supply Chain Manager
Our client is on the hunt for a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to take charge of their customer service, logistics, demand planning, and warehouse operations. What you'll do:
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be at the heart of managing various aspects of our client's supply chain processes. Your responsibilities will include taking control of stock, monitoring 3PL performance, forecasting and dissecting logistics and inventory costs, as well as directing warehouse operations. You will also be tasked with maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by developing and implementing an efficient customer service system. Additionally, you will lead and review S&OP regularly while working closely with project implementation teams.
- Take control of stock and monitor 3PL performance
- Forecast and dissect logistics and inventory costs
- Direct warehouse operations and conduct stock count activities when necessary
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective supply chain and logistic management
- Develop and implement an efficient customer service system
- Lead and review S&OP on a regular basis
- Work closely with project implementation teams
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Supply Chain Manager position brings a wealth of experience in various aspects of supply chain management. You must have proven experience with SAP, along with previous leadership roles. Familiarity with ISO and GPDMD requirements would be beneficial. Experience in managing 3PL logistics and inventory planning is also crucial for this role. A full understanding of supply chain management processes is expected.
