What you'll do:

  • Create new retrofit sales opportunities by conducting thorough on-site verification of warranty claims and spot measurements of HVAC equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, and cooling towers.
  • Supervise retrofit projects on-site to ensure quality standards are met while maintaining open communication with all stakeholders involved.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries regarding technical matters such as Modbus RTU protocols or FanScout applications, ensuring clear explanations are provided.
  • Identify and generate new business by developing both existing and prospective accounts in order to achieve company sales targets.
  • Implement effective sales strategies tailored to the assigned area, focusing particularly on retrofit sales activities that align with organisational goals.
  • Monitor the entire sales process meticulously from initial contact through to closing the sale, ensuring all steps are tracked accurately.
  • Establish close working relationships with consultants and main contractors involved in various projects to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Manage, service, and nurture key account customers by providing ongoing support and identifying further growth opportunities within these accounts.
  • Promote energy-saving solutions via retrofitting initiatives to all potential customers operating relevant HVAC systems.
