  • Define strategic priorities for where and how to play within categories, allocating resources efficiently to maximise impact across the region.
  • Establish clear vision and progress milestones for healthcare engagement initiatives, tracking advancement against set objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive field force plans tailored to healthcare nutrition, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Evaluate and propose appropriate key performance indicators and success deliverables across all market business units to measure effectiveness.
  • Map relevant skills and capabilities within each business unit to inform targeted development plans that address evolving business requirements.
  • Design motivational reward and recognition programmes in partnership with human resources to drive high performance within the team.
  • Foster synergy among team leads by ensuring clear links between planning, deployment, and ongoing tracking of initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong market focus by staying attuned to trends in FMCG, healthcare, therapeutic areas, and competitive landscapes.
  • Lead financial management activities including budgeting in close collaboration with regional finance teams.

  • Proven track record in people management with more than two years’ experience leading teams towards shared objectives.
  • High digital literacy combined with a systems-thinking approach that enables seamless integration of technology into core strategies.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority by adopting a consultative style that fosters trust and cooperation across all levels.
  • Comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements within public, private, and tender-based healthcare sales environments.
  • Strong analytical skills allowing you to identify competency gaps through in-field observation and translate findings into actionable development plans.
  • Experience designing learning and development programmes tailored for field force upskilling within complex organisations.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities supported by social savvy that enhances stakeholder engagement both internally and externally.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications enabling efficient data consolidation, reporting, and presentation.
