- Develop comprehensive Go To Market plans tailored for Malaysia and international clusters to drive sales growth through effective distribution strategies, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and external distributors to achieve shipment targets while managing trade spend expenses within budgetary guidelines.
- Bridge the gap between marketing and sales by designing initiatives that include new product development, range extensions, and pack size optimisation for implementation in trade channels across multiple countries.
- Control and analyse trade spending to maximise return on investment by evaluating program effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations.
- Set up robust data analytics systems to track category performance, review past trade activities, evaluate promotions, and develop actionable plans based on insights.
- Lead quarterly business reviews by reporting on market situations, analysing sales data trends, and reviewing performance metrics for each promotion.
- Design trade programs that foster demand creation and attract new users in both modern trade (MT) and general trade (GT) markets within the cluster.
- Oversee all aspects of trade launches and initiatives for various categories while setting clear distribution and visibility goals in the market.
- Develop compelling trade visuals for all categories in the cluster as well as comprehensive sales toolkits for key campaigns and new product launches.
- Support business development efforts by executing targeted trade and shopper programs aimed at growing the food & beverage channel including HoReCa segments.

- Ability to oversee end-to-end execution of product launches including coordination of distribution networks, visual merchandising assets, and campaign toolkits.
