Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead their solar energy division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead the growth of a key sector within a successful, forward-thinking company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and building strong customer relationships. With a passion for renewable energy and green technologies, you'll be at the forefront of driving sustainable solutions while achieving business objectives.
What you'll do:
As the Head of Sales (Solar), your primary responsibility will be to drive growth within this key sector. You will lead a dedicated sales team, setting objectives, providing coaching, and monitoring performance to ensure targets are met. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in designing business plans that expand our client's customer base and strengthen their market presence.
