What you'll do:

- Achieve sales budget targets and product profit goals within allocated resources while optimising A&P budgets for maximum efficiency.
- Manage sales and inventory forecast planning by analysing market trending data and preparing revenue forecasts for review.
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals through high-level engagement activities such as advisory board meetings.
- Provide coaching and training on disease knowledge, product information, and brand strategy to the sales force to ensure successful brand performance.
- Collaborate closely across business functions including Sales, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Tender & Pricing, Regulatory, Supply, Finance and external stakeholders such as government bodies, associations, media agencies, vendors.
What you bring:
To excel as a Marketing Manager (Pharmaceutical) in Kuala Lumpur, your background should reflect substantial experience within pharmaceutical brand marketing, ideally spanning at least eight years with a relevant academic qualification such as a degree in Biomedical Science or similar disciplines.
