What you'll do:

As a Senior Brand Manager Fast Moving Consumer Goods based in Kuala Lumpur, you will take ownership of end-to-end brand management responsibilities. Your day-to-day will involve strategic planning for both short-term campaigns and long-term brand positioning.   • Define and articulate the core essence of each brand under your stewardship to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Oversee the rollout of brand activation campaigns using both traditional media and digital omnichannel approaches to effectively engage target audiences.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and other marketing channels to enhance consumer engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns, adjusting tactics as needed to maximise return on investment.
  • Build strong relationships with media outlets, bloggers, influencers, and other key stakeholders to increase positive brand exposure.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere strictly to established brand guidelines and messaging standards.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer behaviour patterns, sales performance metrics, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as supply chain, purchasing, sales, and trade marketing to coordinate successful new product launches.

  • Demonstrate excellent leadership abilities by motivating teams towards shared goals while nurturing individual growth through coaching and support.
  • Possess hands-on experience or understanding of Asian markets; familiarity with Halal market requirements would be considered advantageous.
  • Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills enabling you to connect effectively with both internal colleagues and external partners alike.
  • Display proficiency in computer applications—particularly Microsoft Excel—to manage data analysis tasks efficiently.
  • Showcase your ability to gather complex data sets from various sources in order to inform sound decision-making processes within marketing functions.
  • Have a track record of presenting ideas clearly while influencing stakeholders credibly at all organisational levels—both internally among peers as well as externally with business partners.
