  • Support the creation of annual marketing plans, communication strategies, media schedules, sampling programmes, consumer promotions, retention efforts, and digital engagement tactics.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, product performance, and competitor activity to inform ongoing strategy refinement and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Guide the team in extracting actionable insights from complex data sets, ensuring decisions are grounded in robust analysis and consumer understanding.
  • Foster productive relationships with creative, media, PR, event agencies and other external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and achievement of key performance indicators.
  • Manage category budgets effectively by maximising efficiencies while maintaining high standards of quality across all marketing initiatives.
  • Build a high-performing team culture through coaching, clear communication, performance management, and recruitment of skilled professionals as needed.
  • Present category performance updates at commercial meetings and business reviews while providing recommendations based on brand health assessments.
