Running Shoes Product Trainer

Our client seeks a passionate Running Shoes Product Trainer in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves training retail staff on technical product knowledge to enhance customer experience. Acting as a brand ambassador and Run Advocate, you’ll promote the brand in the running community through expert insights and a love for the sport. What you'll do:

As a Running Shoes Product Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to drive results, especially on Running Performance items with the Retail members. You will lead weekly store visits, ensuring all stores achieve their target while preserving the brand image. Your role will involve offering fit and product recommendations tailored to meet customers’ needs and goals. You will also review weekly traffic analysis for all stores, empowering staff and customers to make informed product choices that meet their running needs and goals.

• Train and educate retail staff on running products
• Create a positive and memorable in-store experience for customers
• Act as a Trainer and Run Advocate within the running community
• Optimise conversion through proactive traffic analysis
• Ensure all stores present in accordance with company standards
• Lead retail team members into profitability by driving sales and achieving brand objectives
• Support and develop Store Managers or Store leads without taking over their responsibilities
