Head of Partner Loyalty (Digital Platform)

A leading digital platform with over 700,000 subscribers is seeking a senior leader to design, lead, and scale its Partner Loyalty Program — a key strategic initiative focused on deepening partner engagement, increasing retention, and unlocking new revenue opportunities.

As Head of Partner Loyalty, you will take full ownership of the program's vision, structure, and performance. This role is critical to how the platform builds long-term relationships with its partner ecosystem and monetises its growing subscriber base. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class loyalty framework with measurable commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a differentiated Partner Loyalty Program that aligns with the company’s commercial and growth strategy.
  • Design reward structures, tiering models, and engagement strategies that deliver value and incentivise partner loyalty.
  • Build monetisation pathways through premium tiers, performance-based benefits, and co-branded initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Tech, Finance, Legal) to ensure alignment, governance, and seamless implementation.
  • Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, optimise engagement, and report on ROI and program effectiveness.
  • Ensure the program meets all compliance, legal, and internal standards.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in loyalty program management, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership — with a minimum of 5 years in a senior or lead capacity.
  • A proven track record in developing scalable loyalty or partner ecosystems in complex environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with monetisation models and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, loyalty platforms, and analytics tools.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
