What you'll do:

As a Senior Ecommerce Specialist – Fashion based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be at the heart of delivering an outstanding online experience for customers. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing all aspects of website content, from product merchandising through to campaign execution. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including IT, development, marketing, merchandise planning, SEO agencies, and customer care. By analysing customer behaviour data using tools like Google Analytics and heatmaps, you will identify bottlenecks in the user journey and implement solutions that drive higher conversion rates. Your responsibilities will also include building detailed reports on sales performance, supporting key product releases, executing promotional campaigns, and ensuring that all products are presented according to global standards. Success in this role means consistently delivering optimal site experiences that align with both local market needs and global directives while fostering strong interdepartmental relationships.

  • Take full ownership of all onsite web content and assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and the marketing calendar while maintaining a digital-first approach.
  • Review product merchandising onsite by managing categorisation, imagery, pricing, and copy to meet global best practices and enhance user engagement.
  • Partner closely with local and global web IT and development teams to ensure seamless website functionality and timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Monitor search performance regularly, proactively implementing enhancements such as redirects to increase site conversion rates.
  • Streamline local ecommerce processes to improve efficiency in coordinator tasks and support smooth daily operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with the customer service agency to ensure prompt handling of web-related inquiries and escalations.
  • Work collaboratively with digital and brand marketing teams to develop an onsite content plan that supports the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Devise and execute personalisation strategies on the customer journey to support business lead generation targets and improve on-page conversion metrics.
  • Design and build launch and landing pages for both global and local marketing events, adhering strictly to timelines while ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Create promotional strategies using key visual marketing assets for onsite banners, aligning pop-ups with tested pricing strategies prior to campaign launches.

What you bring:

To excel as a Senior Ecommerce Specialist – Fashion, you will bring extensive hands-on experience from similar roles within ecommerce environments—ideally in fashion or retail—where you have demonstrated your ability to manage complex website operations. Your background should include deep familiarity with digital content management systems (preferably Salesforce/SFRA), advanced analytical skills using Google Analytics or comparable tools, as well as practical knowledge of heat mapping software.
