Our client is hiring a Site Operations & Planning Executive to lead the planning and operations of their primary marketing channel—the website. What you'll do:
As a Site Operations & Planning Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of our client's brand. Your primary responsibility will be managing the overall planning and operations of their website. You will oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless user experience through effective website management, accurate product listings, and engaging copy writing. You will also be responsible for implementing e-commerce activities and promotions that align with the company's strategic goals. Your role extends beyond daily operations as you will also create an overall content plan for different timeframes, perform regular performance analysis, collaborate with various teams, and provide support during peak business periods.
- Manage the overall website planning and operations for the company's website and App.
- Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including website management, product listings, copy writing.
- Implement e-commerce activities and promotions.
- Prepare copytext for product features.
- Create overall weekly, monthly, and seasonal content plan for the website and App.
- Perform weekly and monthly performance analysis and reporting to Marketing managers and EC team.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to identify consumer and product trends/opportunities.
- Provide off-hour support during peak business activity periods.

The ideal candidate for this Site Operations & Planning Executive role brings a wealth of experience in the field along with a deep understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, and content management systems. You are adept at planning and managing web content across various platforms. Your expertise extends to CRM and EDM best practices, tracking and optimization. You are proficient in using various digital marketing tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Manager, TikTok Ads, Search Console. Your strong analytical skills enable you to leverage data for actionable insights & recommendations. You can effectively communicate digital marketing concepts, strategy, goals, and KPI achievements. Above all, you possess a growth mindset that drives demand generation in digital platforms.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO, and working across proprietary content management systems.
- Experience in planning and managing web and App content.
- Knowledge of CRM and EDM best practices, tracking and optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Facebook Manager, TikTok Ads, Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for actionable insights & recommendations.
- Ability to communicate digital marketing concepts, strategy, goals, and KPI achievements.
- Growth mindset to drive demand generation in digital platforms.
- Experience in measuring performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
