- Manage the end-to-end process of collecting, analysing, and disseminating competitive intelligence to inform strategic business decisions.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and scenario planning activities such as forecasting, market share analysis, and profitability studies to support organisational objectives.
- Produce detailed technical and strategic content including market trend reports and competitive analyses tailored for senior leadership review.
- Formulate clear, data-driven recommendations that guide business development initiatives and long-term corporate planning.
- Create and maintain essential strategic documents that underpin go-to-market initiatives as well as operational strategies across multiple business units.
- Prepare thorough documentation and analysis to support earnings call preparation by consolidating input from various business units.
- Maintain an organised shared intranet folder containing up-to-date reports, white papers, and internal analyses categorised by segment and vertical for easy access by stakeholders.
- Coordinate regular team meetings and calls to ensure alignment of market insights and strategies across all relevant departments.
- Collaborate with external market data providers to review industry reports, interpret trends, and integrate findings into internal strategy discussions.
- Serve as a central point of contact between Corporate Strategic Marketing and other business units to promote consistent methodologies for data collection.

- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
