Join a leading vision care provider as Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications & Partnerships. This role lets you shape brand narrative, lead CSR efforts, and build partnerships with schools, hospitals, and communities. Ideal for someone who thrives in outreach and engagement, it offers meaningful projects, a collaborative culture, flexible work options, and strong support for your professional growth.

What you'll do:

As Assistant Manager Corporate Communications and Partnerships you will be entrusted with shaping the organisation’s reputation as a lifelong vision care partner through strategic outreach across educational institutions, healthcare providers, NGOs, and community networks. Your day-to-day will involve designing annual plans for CSR activities that resonate with diverse age groups; ideating creative campaigns; forging strong relationships with external partners; leading end-to-end event management; collaborating across departments; maintaining rigorous brand standards; analysing outcomes; managing budgets; ensuring compliance; and continuously optimising processes based on data-driven insights. Success in this role means delivering memorable experiences that foster trust within communities while advancing the organisation’s mission of accessible eye care for all.

  • Develop comprehensive annual roadmaps for CSR activities and partnership initiatives that align with both brand objectives and national priorities in health and education.
  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with key external partners such as private and government schools, universities, hospitals, clinics, NGOs, community groups, and corporate entities.
  • Represent the organisation in proposal presentations, negotiations, and collaborative discussions with high-level stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Act as project lead for all major events—overseeing planning through to flawless on-ground execution while ensuring every detail reflects brand values.
  • Prepare detailed post-event evaluations including photo documentation, participant feedback analysis, engagement metrics, ROI calculations, and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Monitor budgets diligently; propose cost-effective alternatives when necessary while ensuring compliance with corporate governance policies.
  • Consolidate learnings from each activation to recommend ongoing enhancements that drive greater efficiency and impact.

What you bring:

To excel as Assistant Manager Corporate Communications and Partnerships you will bring a wealth of experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects within fast-evolving sectors such as healthcare or education. Your background includes hands-on involvement in campaign ideation through execution—demonstrating not only technical know-how but also empathy for community needs. You possess refined communication skills enabling you to engage confidently with senior decision-makers externally while providing clear updates internally. Your ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines is matched by your commitment to upholding ethical standards throughout every initiative. A collaborative spirit ensures you thrive within cross-functional teams where knowledge sharing is encouraged.

  • Relevant years’ proven experience in corporate communications, CSR programme management, partnership development or large-scale community events is essential for navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional project management skills enable you to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities allow you to build rapport with diverse stakeholders—from school principals to hospital leaders—ensuring effective collaboration at every level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills empower you to craft compelling narratives that resonate across various platforms.
  • Confidence in presenting proposals ensures you can represent the organisation persuasively during negotiations or partnership meetings.
  • A proactive approach combined with strong organisational skills helps you anticipate challenges before they arise while keeping projects on track.
