Legal Associate - Corporate

We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join an established corporate practice. The role involves advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with clients across diverse industries, providing strategic legal solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements

• Graduated from a reputable university with first‑class honours in law.

• At least 3 years PQE and above in corporate or commercial practice at a reputable law firm.

• Strong ability to work effectively under high‑pressure environments and tight deadlines.

• Highly ambitious, driven, and motivated to excel in corporate law.
