What you'll do:
As a Legal Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all legal affairs within the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring that the company's operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. You will provide expert legal advice on various business strategies, draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, and manage relationships with external legal counsel. Furthermore, you will lead and manage a diverse team of legal professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and growth.
- Manage all legal affairs within the company
- Ensure company operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide legal advice on various business strategies
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to sales, outsourcing, trade mark and licensing, and supply and service contracts
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Legal Manager position brings proven experience in a similar role along with strong knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures. Your excellent negotiation and communication skills will be crucial in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. Your ability to lead and manage a team effectively will ensure the smooth operation of the legal department. Being detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, you will ensure that the company's operations are compliant with relevant laws. A degree in Law or related field is required for this position.
- Proven experience with 8 -10 years as a Legal Manager or similar role in an industrial group or F&B scene
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Degree in Law or related field
