Nadiah is the Chief Human Resource Officer of SP Setia Berhad. She has more than 20 years of HR expertise, with focus on Organisational Development and Change Management. Her experiences span across both local and Fortune 500 multinationals in various industries with local/regional and HQ roles, winning regional and global awards for her contributions. 

A graduate of BA International Relations from the UK, she has the advantage of looking at HR from a global and holistic perspectives. Her expertise lies in driving change initiatives focusing on developing the optimum organisational structure, attracting the best talent using creative and strategic channels.

Her passion has always been in the work around Women and Leadership and has played lead roles within diversity advocate initiatives. She leads the Talent Pipeline Pillar for the 30% Club Malaysia and an elected Council Member of the Malaysian Employers Federation. She has also been very active in mentoring programs within the HR and Women agenda.

Neeti  Mahajan

Neeti Mahajan is the Managing Director of HSBC Global Service Centre (GSC) Malaysia & Global Head of Workforce Management.

She joined HSBC in 2001 within Payment Operations and has since held a number of key roles in the Group’s operations in multiple geographies, including postings in India, United Kingdom and Malaysia. Before her appointment as Managing Director for GSC Malaysia in August 2017, she was the Centre Director for GSC Hyderabad, India. Neeti is a business professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning Operations, Change and Transformation, Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma.

In HSBC, Neeti’s passion for Gender diversity and Balance at the workplace has led her to pioneer the “Career Comeback” programme in various Global Service Centers, helping female professionals resume their career post-sabbatical.

With clear vision and dedication, Mr. Chin has strongly led business transformation and successfully implemented many industry leading innovations; which have been well recognised and won multiple awards globally & regionally.

Concurrently, Mr. Chin is a member of Board of Director & Board of Risk Management Committee for Sathapana Bank, Cambodia. He is also a Chief Advisor to LICA on Fintech & Digitalisation. A believer in life long learning, Mr. Chin has a Bachelor of Business in Finance & Marketing (Australia), an MBA (UK), Certified Credit Professional, Corporate (AICB) and has been conferred a Chartered Banker by CBI UK, global gold-standard & highest global professional qualification for bankers.

Sammie is a Director at Robert Walters Malaysia. She focuses on providing executive search advisory on Board and C-Suite search. She works closely with local and international companies across the Financial Services and Technologies. Since joining in 2009, Sammie has shouldered various responsibilities and has driven the growth of the business from Banking and Insurance to FinTech, Insurtech, Digital and Technology.

Prior to joining Robert Walters, Sammie has over 6 years of business & planning analysis and auditing experience with Malaysian banks and audit firm, where she worked on evaluations, financial and operational modelling and reports that help the companies to remain competitive in the evolving market. She graduated from the RMIT University, Australia, with distinction in Bachelor of Accountancy and a Qualified Accountant (CPA, Australia).
