What you'll do:

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Petaling Jaya, you will be responsible for managing recruitment activities across Southeast Asia for key business functions.

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for various functions including finance, supply chain, sales & marketing, and HR across Southeast Asia.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies that attract top talent.
• Utilise multiple channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source candidates effectively.
• Screen applications thoroughly to ensure candidates meet both technical requirements and cultural fit for each department.
• Conduct interviews with empathy and professionalism, ensuring candidates have a positive experience throughout the process.
• Manage candidate pipelines efficiently by maintaining accurate records and providing timely feedback to all stakeholders involved.
• Support onboarding activities by collaborating with HR teams to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires into their respective roles.
• Monitor recruitment metrics regularly to assess effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Stay updated on market trends in talent acquisition within the FMCG sector to ensure competitive advantage in attracting skilled professionals.

What you bring:

To excel as a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will bring proven experience in managing recruitment processes across multiple business functions within large or regional organisations.

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within large organisations or regional settings is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organisational abilities enabling you to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with hiring managers and HR teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Understanding of market trends in talent acquisition within FMCG or similar industries enhances your suitability for this role.
