APAC Early Careers/ Campus Recruiter (Financial Services)

Join us as an Early Careers Recruiter for one of our RPO clients and play a key role in building their future talent pipeline. You will partner with business leaders, universities, and key stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire outstanding students and graduates through internship and graduate hiring programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campus and early careers recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding for internship and graduate programs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to support future workforce requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career services teams, student organizations, and external partners to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction efforts.
• Plan and execute campus engagement initiatives, including career fairs, networking events, information sessions, assessment centres, and recruitment campaigns.
• Develop and nurture talent pipelines of students, graduates, and emerging professionals across target universities and disciplines.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, ensure process compliance, and provide market insights to support hiring decisions and program effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Campus Recruitment, Early Careers Hiring, Graduate Programs, RPO, or high-volume Talent Acquisition.
• Experience managing internship, graduate, management trainee, or emerging talent hiring programs across regions is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with business leaders, universities, and external partners.
• Experience organizing recruitment events, career fairs, employer branding activities, or university engagement programs.
• Background in recruiting financial services talents is preferred.
• Good command of English is required.
