What you'll do:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be entrusted with managing the full spectrum of recruitment activities for a diverse range of roles. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies that meet evolving business needs.By participating in cross-functional projects focused on process simplification and automation, you will help shape more efficient ways of working.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of junior-to-senior level positions across both technical and non-technical functions, ensuring each stage aligns with organisational goals.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, co-developing sourcing strategies that attract top talent while fostering strong internal relationships.
  • Proactively identify high-potential candidates using advanced sourcing platforms and market mapping techniques to build robust talent pipelines.
  • Navigate complex challenges within a matrix organisation by demonstrating adaptability and resilience while maintaining focus on delivering results.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to design forward-thinking hiring strategies that anticipate future workforce demands and support long-term business objectives.
  • Champion the adoption of innovative recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and talent mapping exercises to inform strategic workforce planning decisions.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor key recruitment metrics—such as quality of hire and source effectiveness—and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

What you bring:

To excel as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, your background should reflect significant hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles across varied disciplines.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field provides a solid foundation for understanding people-centric processes.
  • At least six years’ experience in talent acquisition—including one year in a senior or lead capacity—demonstrates your depth of expertise.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of modern recruitment processes, metrics tracking, and reporting tools ensures effective management of hiring cycles.
  • Experience applying process improvement methodologies adds value by streamlining workflows and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills foster trust with stakeholders at all levels while supporting negotiation and relationship-building efforts.
  • Critical thinking abilities allow you to navigate complex situations with sensitivity and sound judgement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills ensure harmonious collaboration within matrix organisations where priorities may shift rapidly.
