Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

You will play a pivotal part in shaping the future workforce by leading talent acquisition initiatives, enhancing people analytics capabilities, and supporting senior leadership with strategic insights.
- Play a key role in driving end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning processes that directly support organisational growth and transformation.
- Work closely with senior leaders to deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics tools, ensuring data-driven decisions across all HR functions.
What you'll do:
As Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that attract top talent while aligning workforce plans with broader organisational goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with senior leadership to interpret business needs into actionable recruitment plans supported by robust data analytics. You will oversee the creation of insightful dashboards that inform hiring decisions, manage annual headcount planning cycles, and ensure all processes are compliant with regulatory standards.
- Lead comprehensive workforce planning activities including supply-demand forecasting, segmentation of workforce groups, and capability gap analysis aligned with business needs.
- Design and deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting packs using advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to provide insights on headcount, attrition, hiring trends, diversity metrics, productivity, and performance outcomes.
- Drive annual manpower planning cycles, headcount budgeting exercises, and cost forecasting processes to ensure alignment with both HR strategy and financial objectives.
- Support senior HR leaders with strategic modelling for organisation design, succession planning initiatives, internal mobility programmes, and skills forecasting projects.
- Champion the integrity of HR data by establishing robust governance practices and collaborating with digital teams to enhance system reporting, automation, and data visualisation capabilities.
- Connecting with top talents in market and preparing market maps across all functions.
What you bring:
To excel as Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition you will bring proven experience from similar roles where you have successfully managed complex workforce planning projects within regulated environments.
- Experience in fast pace businesses & work environments within or similar to the Retail industry
- Experience in Talent Acquiistion or Recruitment
- Knowledge in resource and workforce planning
- Experince in developing recruitment strategy in a volume based environment
