What you'll do:


As a Recruitment Specialist, your primary focus will be managing end-to-end recruitment for positions spanning several key functions. Other responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle for roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers for positions.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to understand evolving hiring requirements and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders by providing market insights and strategic guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Sourcing proactively for skilled talent across various profiles such as Sales & Business Development, Trainers, Digital Consultants, Data Analysts, Project Managers, and Operations staff.
  • Providing timely updates and clear communication to all parties involved, ensuring transparency and trust throughout each stage of recruitment.
  • Adapting quickly to shifting priorities and changing role definitions in a high-demand context.
  • Offering professional feedback and challenge assumptions constructively when necessary to achieve optimal hiring outcomes.


What you bring:


To excel as a Recruitment Specialist in this unique environment, you will bring substantial experience from previous roles where you have managed complex recruitment projects under tight deadlines. Your background should include:

  • Between 4–6 years of hands-on experience in recruitment within high-growth environments (preferably within the professional services industry), demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
  • A proven track record of successfully filling roles across diverse functions such as sales, training, consulting, data analysis, project management, and operations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities that allow you to communicate diplomatically while influencing decisions constructively.
  • Strong proactive sourcing skills with an aptitude for identifying niche or hybrid talent profiles through creative channels.
  • Comfort working independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams in an agile setting.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple open roles concurrently without compromising on quality or speed of delivery.
  • Excellent organisational skills paired with attention to detail when handling sensitive information or coordinating interviews.
  • Ability to provide insightful market intelligence that informs strategic hiring decisions for senior leadership.
  • Resilience under pressure with a positive attitude towards ambiguity and rapid change.
