Function:
As a Recruiter, you’ll complete the initial briefing with the Hiring Manager, before then sourcing external candidates for permanent roles as well as managing candidates who come via our direct advertising activities. As well as coordinating interviews for direct candidates, you’ll provide all candidates with feedback and keep them regularly updated throughout the process. Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process Management:
- Source candidates through a range of channels, including LinkedIn, web adverts, referrals, networking, and candidate databases.
- Build, develop, and maintain candidate talentpools.
- Engage and screen prospective candidates, keeping records of all contact and outcomes within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Handle permanent recruitment briefings with the Hiring Manager – ensuring that the following topics are covered: job description, candidate profile, compensation & benefits, recruitment strategy, interview process, evaluation criteria, and timelines.
- Make sure all roles are advertised on external careers sites
- Coordinate both physical and virtual interviews in a timely manner between direct candidates and the interview panel
- Liaise with Hiring Managers to ensure feedback is provided for all CVs and interviews.
- Manage the verbal offer process with the candidate, before handing across the candidate to the inhouse client HR team.
- Undertake ad hoc project work from time to time.
Relationship Management:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Provide credible and consultative advice and support to the client during the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Liaise with people at all levels within the client organisation to stay up to speed with business plans, recruitment strategies and organisational structures – you’ll also be the interface between client HR teams and line managers, our management team and the wider Direct Recruitment function
- Help with the creation of jobs specs, ensuring they follow all legislative requirements
- Following all internal and client policies and procedures, hitting our Service Level Agreement targets and looking for new ways to add value
- Provide feedback on business development opportunities
- Develop and deliver recruitment strategies and ideas
- Implement simple, effective, and trackable resourcing, record-keeping and administration processes
Desirable Knowledge & Experience:
- At least 3 + years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally with in-house recruitment or RPO experience
- A proven track record of meeting recruitment metrics / KPIs
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, human resources, and candidates
- A passion in using data to present candidate market insights
- Experience in utilizing an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.
