We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist who is available immediately to join us, and work onsite with our client on a 6-month contract (potential for extension). This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates across multiple departments.

You will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging qualified candidates, ensuring the best talent is brought onboard. This position provides a chance to make a meaningful impact by helping build strong, diverse teams within a collaborative and inclusive environment.

What you'll do:

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be at the forefront of identifying, engaging, and assessing qualified candidates for various positions within the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

  • Utilise various sourcing methods to identify a diverse pool of qualified candidates for multiple open roles.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of passive candidates, proactively engaging with potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

What you bring:

The ideal Recruitment Specialist will bring proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates. Other requirements include:

  • Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or similar role with focus on sourcing, screening and assessing candidates.
  • Familiarity with variety of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, social media etc.).
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills with ability to evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
