What you'll do: As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders to formulate and drive HR strategies that align with business objectives. Your ability to promote a positive company culture will be key in creating a cohesive working environment. You will also have the opportunity to manage and develop individual HR staff, helping them reach their full potential. Your expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques will be crucial in identifying prospective candidates. Furthermore, your commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism will be highly valued.
Work closely with stakeholders to support business strategy by ensuring the right organisational structure and driving HR strategies to achieve targets
Promote and cultivate company culture aligned with company values and create a cohesive working environment
Provide oversight and guidance for effective implementation of human resources initiatives, policies, and procedures
Manage and develop individual HR staff to help them reach their full potential and deliver consistently high-performance standards
Identify prospective candidates using various channels by implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interview techniques
Ensure timely processing of accurate payroll reports and prepare HR reporting for analysis purposes
Maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism with all points of contact
Act as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters
What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Talent Acquisition Lead role will bring a wealth of experience from previous HR leadership roles. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Your strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations will be essential in establishing and enforcing HR policies within our organisation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for this role as you will act as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters. Lastly, your ability to work both independently and collaboratively will be highly valued.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in HR leadership roles
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
