An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Organisational Development Lead to join a dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be instrumental in formulating and driving HR strategies to support the right organisational growth through its people development. What you'll do: As an Organisational Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the organisational structure supports the company's business strategy. Your ability to promote and cultivate our company culture will be key in creating a cohesive working environment. You will provide oversight for the implementation of human resources initiatives, policies and procedures. Your commitment to employee development will shine through as you manage individual HR staff and provide opportunities for growth. Your expertise in recruitment will be crucial as you identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels. Your attention to detail will be essential as you ensure the timely processing of accurate payroll reports. Above all, your professionalism and commitment to confidentiality will set you apart.
People and Organisational Strategy: Collaborating with business leaders to enhance organisational design, conduct efficiency reviews, improve team effectiveness, identify critical paths, develop action plans, and facilitate communication and execution as needed. Partnering with People, Culture, and Business Partnerships (PCBP) to align people strategy with business goals, leveraging data analytics, enhancing employee experience, managing people costs, and staying updated on external practices
Talent Management: Developing strategies for the entire talent management lifecycle, educating and supporting people managers with tools, frameworks, and processes, identifying talent potential, evaluating retention risks, succession planning, and enhancing communication capabilities. Creating robust dashboards, insights, and strategies, designing career roadmaps, options, principles, and strategies, and managing leadership development plans and programme activations
Performance Management: Implementing OKR (Objectives and Key Results) setting, cascading strategies, and communications, overseeing the performance process to ensure quality, alignment, and completeness, and conducting end-to-end engagement reviews, strategies, and effectiveness assessments
Culture: Activating engagement surveys, developing communication plans, analysing data, generating reports, facilitating focus groups, creating improvement plans, and tracking progress
HR Metrics: Reporting data, analysing trends, making proposals, and collaborating with People's Business Partners and business leaders to drive improvements
What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Organisational Development Lead role brings a wealth of experience from previous HR OD roles. With a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, you have a strong foundation of knowledge to draw upon. Your understanding of full-breadth talent development, talent management, career mapping, succession planning couple with excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and employees alike. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively will be key in driving our HR strategies forward.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in HR leadership roles
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
