What you'll do:
As a Senior Executive Talent Strategy based in Kuala Lumpur, you will immerse yourself in a role that bridges technical expertise with meaningful stakeholder engagement.
- Manage and maintain the accuracy of HR data across multiple platforms, ensuring that reporting structures are up-to-date and dashboards provide clear workforce visibility for stakeholders.
- Conduct structured analysis on HR datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that inform workforce planning and support evidence-based HR decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders within the HR division to ensure consistent data flows and continuously improve the effectiveness of reporting mechanisms.
- Coordinate the end-to-end organisational KPI cycle by overseeing planning activities, tracking progress, managing timelines, and facilitating cross-departmental alignment.
- Maintain and regularly update process templates, tools, and documentation to streamline KPI coordination efforts across the business.
- Work alongside the Talent Management Department to deliver targeted training sessions or communication initiatives aimed at strengthening leader capability in executing KPI-related processes.
- Prepare comprehensive summary reports and regular progress updates to enhance leadership visibility into ongoing KPI cycle activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to refine existing HR data systems, reporting tools, or workflow processes for greater efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards for data quality, confidentiality, and process alignment throughout all aspects of HR reporting and analysis.
What you bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related field provides you with a solid academic foundation for this multifaceted role.
- At least five years of experience in human resources functions—ideally within HR business partnering, HR data management or HRIS roles—ensures you bring practical knowledge to every challenge.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing large sets of HR data using advanced Excel techniques as well as dashboard/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau enables you to deliver clear insights efficiently.
- Familiarity with leading HRIS platforms and performance tracking tools allows you to navigate complex systems confidently while supporting process improvements.
- Your analytical thinking is complemented by structured problem-solving abilities that help you translate raw data into meaningful recommendations for action.
- Excellent communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels while ensuring clarity in both written reports and verbal presentations.
- A keen attention to detail ensures that all aspects of your work—from data entry through final reporting—are accurate and aligned with organisational standards.
