What you'll do:

As an Assistant Manager, Talent Management, you will play a significant role in shaping the future of the organisation.

  • Ensure recruitment aligns well with both business goals and company culture

  • Create and carry out effective talent management strategies

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent-related planning and initiatives

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to build a well-rounded approach

  • Design and roll out fresh, forward-thinking talent programs

  • Review current talent processes and suggest areas for enhancement

  • Lead and coordinate talent initiatives, including planning, resource allocation, and communication

  • Modify current development programs to stay relevant with market shifts

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Manager, Talent Management role will bring a wealth of experience in human resources or business administration.

  • Expertise in Talent Management, Performance, Capability Building, or related areas in HR or Business Administration

  • Over 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, or broader HR functions

  • Proven track record in HR roles and involvement in initiatives focused on people and culture

  • Solid understanding of business operations and how to drive organizational success through people-focused strategies

  • Skilled in engaging employees across all levels with strong stakeholder relationship management abilities
