Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition and Learning. What you'll do:

As the Head of Talent Acquisition and Learning, you will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the company has the right people in the right roles to achieve its goals. You will foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, aligning talent strategies with business objectives. Additionally, you will enhance the company's employer brand through strategic initiatives. Your ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights will drive our HR initiatives forward. With your experience in performance management and succession planning, you will help our team members thrive and grow.

What you bring:

As our new Head of Talent Acquisition and Learning, you bring a wealth of experience from your previous HR leadership roles. With at least 8-10 years' experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Leadership Development under your belt, you have developed strong knowledge of talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Your excellent communication skills enable you to connect with people at all levels within an organisation. You are adept at analysing data to develop actionable insights that drive HR initiatives. Your experience with performance management and succession planning will be invaluable in helping our team members thrive and grow. Your familiarity with HR software and tools will help streamline our processes and improve efficiency. Lastly, your experience in employer branding and social media management will showcase our company as an employer of choice.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in talent management or a similar HR leadership role
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Leadership Development
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
  • Experience with performance management and succession planning
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools
  • Experience in employer branding and social media management
