  • Serving as the primary point of contact for trainees by managing the support inbox, responding empathetically to queries, and escalating complex issues with clear summaries to relevant stakeholders.
  • Drafting structured email responses using templates while suggesting refinements to improve communication efficiency and consistency across all learner interactions.
  • Providing troubleshooting assistance for digital learning platforms such as LMS systems, Zoom, Trello, and other tools, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation of technical challenges.
  • Tracking recurring access or attendance issues and collaborate with technical teams to address underlying problems effectively.
  • Maintaining up-to-date help guides, FAQs, and resource libraries to empower learners with self-service options and reduce repetitive queries.
  • Preparing and distributing onboarding materials, welcome communications, and session reminders to facilitate a smooth start for all new participants.

What you bring:

  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms is highly valued as you will regularly assist others in navigating these systems.
  • Consistent accuracy in documenting actions taken on behalf of trainees along with strong organisational discipline in managing administrative workflows.
  • Experience managing shared inboxes or similar communication channels while handling emotionally sensitive queries with care and professionalism.
