An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Manager to join a respected organisation based in KL, Malaysia. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies that prioritise employee well-being, professional development, and organisational success.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be entrusted with shaping the people agenda for the entire organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with colleagues at all levels to ensure HR policies are not only compliant but also foster an inclusive culture. You will be instrumental in guiding managers through complex situations with empathy while providing practical solutions that benefit both individuals and teams.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices while supporting the unique needs of the organisation’s diverse workforce.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding processes with care and attention to detail.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters such as employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling in a considerate manner.
  • Champion initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across all levels of the organisation.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals while maintaining a focus on employee wellbeing.
  • Monitor compliance with local labour laws and regulations, ensuring all HR practices are up-to-date and legally sound.

What you bring:
